Tunes both, but the single of the year so far is Valentine by The Delays. AND it's only gonna sound better when (if) the sun comes out this summer!

Actually, on further thought there are two other candidates - The Yeah Yeah Yeah Song and 'Sheffield Shanty' by Monkey Swallows The Universe (although that might appeal more to me than to the rest of you for obvious reasons):
