Sure the world wide web is great, but you, you make us salivate... Yes, we love technology, but not as much as you, you see... But we STILL love technology... Always and forever. Our love is like a flock of doves, flying up to heaven above... always and forever, always and forever... Why do you need us? Why do you love us? Always and forever...

Joys of imdb

Whilst noodling about on imdb and trying to see if anyone famous was actually born in medway. The expected stars didn't emerge - all those tales of Ted rogers, David Frost and Karl Howman were untrue. There were a few confirmations - Kelly Brook, Lee Ryan, Zandra Rhodes and Lisa Andreas. Then a couple of suprises including Janet Ellis.

However the best one on the imdb records is none other than the Carry On producer PETER RODGERS! And unlike most of the Carry On team he's still alive - maybe he still lives in Rochester.

I'se spent the last 3 hours trying to creat a post. The f***ing server won't let me. So I'm well a****ed off now.

I had a good holiday, but it would appear the system doesn't want me to go into detail...

Don't forget Anne Dudley, composer extraordinaire and the woman behind the string parts on loads of brilliant songs, including "Lexicon Of Love", "Getting Away With It" by Electronic (although that's according to an article I read a few months ago and the record sleeve claims Sumner and Marr did everything) and "Leave Right Now" by Will Young.

In fact surely she's Medway's greatest ever musical export?
