Sure the world wide web is great, but you, you make us salivate... Yes, we love technology, but not as much as you, you see... But we STILL love technology... Always and forever. Our love is like a flock of doves, flying up to heaven above... always and forever, always and forever... Why do you need us? Why do you love us? Always and forever...

Danny Wallace's new show How To Start Your Own Country starts on Wednesday 3rd August on BBC2 at 10pm, and is likely to feature between one and a few appearances by Medway's mighty Rufous (although possibly not in the first episode, we're not sure), as well as a very irritating song, as featured on the trailer. This is likely to be the only time in your life you will ever see Rufous dance, so make the most of it.

In other not-really-news, this is rather great.

The Med makes The Sun!

I'm pleased to see that Medway is back in the news for all the right reasons.

Following last year's bulldozer bank jobs, Gillingham is once more in The Sun, this time for a strange attack on a bridal store.

The link's here. I particularly like the final paragraph.

My first post!

Hurrah! I am a blogger at last. I take my first, trembling steps into a wider world. A world of typos and misinformation, I predict!

Suprising precisely nobody, my first posting concerns Medway delta garage racketeers The Len Price 3. New gig dates are up on the website here, including one at the Dublin Castle this Saturday. What better way to get London back to "business as usual" than by grooving to sub-3-minute pop-punk gems in Britpop-central?

I'd attach a photo, but I don't even know how to get them off my phone, let alone onto this site!

Rather than try to put the serious side of yesterday into words....

...and following on from Jim's post yesterday, here's another R&B mentalist with no sense of perspective. At least R Kelly wrote the tuuuuuuunes that are "I believe i can fly", "she's got the vibe" and "Gotham City" and therefore might have the right to think the world revolves around him.

R. Kelly Does it Again!

Not sure what to make of this. Is it Art, or something totally new?
Try not to laugh too much. Watch the video Trapped in the Closet parts 1-5.
